● IHS Towers Minigrid Feasibility and Design

With recent listing on the New York Stock Exchange, IHS Towers has stepped up efforts to improve its Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) profile by green the energy supply of its thousands of sites in Nigeria in place of diesel fired generators. The project is focused on design and implementation of a solar-PV powered mini-grid inclusive of a solar-pv power plant and a transmission & distribution (T&D) network to delivery power to the various IHS Towers cell sites.

Green and Smart Technologies Limited (GST) leveraged on its experience and systems of delivering similar projects to ensure an effective project delivery experience. Using technology for data collection with geolocation and real time reporting capabilities, our team composed of experienced engineers and data management specialists coordinated closely with IHS and AEDC field operatives to deliver this project efficiently.

● FGN MDA Debt Verification

Physical verification of unpaid electricity bills claims of Distribution Companies (DISCOs) in Nigeria through on site equipment and energy audit exercise of 400 Federal Government of Nigeria Ministry, Departments, and Agency (MDA) locations delivered in collaboration with Isaac Brawn Engineering Ltd and Deloitte & Touch with procurement and financing covered by the World Bank and project coordination by the Power Sector Working Group (PSWG) Secretariat in the Office of the Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

● Hydro Electric Power Plant

The Hydro Power Plant project is an ongoing project by GST. The plant will leverage a stream located on a stretch of over 12 hectares of land. This will provide essential power source for factories, irrigation support for farming and clean drinking water from the dam for residents of Tuwan, Kaduna State.

● Tuwan Agribusiness Resort

The Tuwan Agribusiness Resort project in Kaduna State, Nigeria is an agricultural service provision centre offering agricultural value chain development services to rural farmers. The Agribusiness Resort has demonstration facilities that show various technologies in production and processing of crops and fish. It sited over 12 hectares of land with a stream of water flowing across it. It will contribute to making Tuwan a commercial hub.
