Overview
Green & Smart designed and deployed a low-power wide-area IoT telemetry network across farms belonging to a Kaduna State farming cooperative. The network delivers irrigation, soil-moisture, and weather data to a mobile-first dashboard used by agronomy officers and cooperative members.
Scope of work
- Site planning and radio coverage design across 80 farms
- Deployment of gateway and field-sensor hardware
- Mobile and web dashboards with alerts and historical trends

Outcomes
- Irrigation water usage reduced by around 22% after the first season
- Early-warning alerts for pump failures and irrigation leaks
